Poisonwings
Description: Bright colors; Green, Blue, Purple, Red, Orange and Gold. Irises can be any color and usually have heterochromia. The only dragon in Pyrrhia that doesn’t have wings. Small in size compared to the other dragons, but still way bigger than humans. Don’t really have scales, have a very squishy look. What they lack in size they make up for in numbers
Abilities: All Poisonwings secrete a poisonous substance that are harmless to them. Each of Poisonwing’s poison can cause a different ailment in their victim. Have gills. Also can regrow their limbs and can breath out a lime green fire.Immune to certain amounts of poison, they eat a lot of poisonous animals/plants
Queen: Snakeroot
Alliances: Not involved in the Great War but have a strong alliance with the Nightwings .
Poisonwing society has a rigid caste system, and each Poisonwings place is determined by it’s color.
Green: Warriors, hunters, and general laborers
Blue: Artisans and domestic workers
Purple: Supervisors of the green and blue Poisonwings
Red: Scholars, they are superior to purple, green and blue castes, and respected by higher castes
Orange: Elite Warriors, with authority over all lesser Poisonwings
Gold: Royalty
PoisonWings are known for being a calm and focused species, preparing for everything and looking for strategic ways to win battles and defend their territory. They are known to be a wise species that studies the tribes, and then use their knowledge against the enemy, using the surroundings to their advantage. Sadly the PoisonWings have gotten a bad reputation due to them working with the NightWings. Most dragons say they are not trustworthy, and consider the PoisonWings to be dangerous. Which is sad because a lot of those rumors aren’t true
Fact: I based them off of salamanders, axolotl and the Grung from D&D
