Always-open ask me anything, because why not?
One last thing to come out of my birthday, I figure why not let folks ask questions? I'm a pretty shy person, and I know I'm hard to befriend or talk to, so I figure having a chat in a bit of the open like that might be a good chance to do it or answer wandering question. And since I like to do bits of "natural" worldbuilding on the side, if you include a character name before your question, I'll try to answer it in-character, maybe you'll catch me out and I'll have to create new story for them to respond.
Though just a heads up, don't use this to ask me for RP or "will you be my friend?", all I'll do is hide your question and ignore you.
If I think a question is too personal, I'll simply say "I don't feel comfortable answering that", let that be it, if you push more I won't respond well, I don't wanna grow my blocklist.
With that said, go for it!

Now if we're talking a fancy pizza from a brand like Brickz, I'll go for things like buffalo chicken, spicy shrimp, I used to love their pistachio pizza in particular until I developed a nut allergy a few years back.
Then when I was about... 15-16 a WoW guild I was in brought vore up, they brought it up to mock it roundly for being a weird fetish but I went looking to see and immediately clicked "I don't hate this", made a deviantart to see the NSFW stuff, and by the time I had turned 18 vore was my major focus as a fetish, though I wouldn't become more than a lurker in the furry community until a couple years ago.
As for within the context of being in the furry fandom? The last decade was a bit of a blur but I remember liking pretty much all the varieties of vore I saw. Before I had emotional investment and anxieties over loss form, fatal, non-fatal, endo, all of that was just art for me to appreciate. It wasn't until I made Vel and actually made furry friends and started overthinking "it would suck to lose them" and drifted towards being non-fatal preferred, with fatal preserved for throw-aways and NPCs.
(this is a reference)
Vel's origins is based a lot off of two different things; DnD and Final Fantasy XIV. I made Vel when Heavensward was newish, and I was really taken by the story of Hraesvelgr and Shiva in that game. The DnD inspirations mostly came from wanting to stay a bit close to stuff I semi-knew (even then I had to do a bit of research) which is why Vel spent the first year or so as strictly a silver dragon. From there the growth of his character influenced the decision to have him become something of a collector - and eventually reaper - of souls. Around the time I was having an epiphany that there shouldn't be a thing as "too" creative I finally had Vel's design turned into what we know him as today and had his wings go with a full space design to them.
Zephyr's is actually a bit mean, I had an artist friend who owed me art for doing something for her in WoW that she couldn't and she drew me something in return. At that point I had fallen really hard onto the 'goia train but I hadn't made my own yet. So with a vague idea in my head I literally gave her two swatches on MSpaint to see what she could do. To her credit, the character she made has really noodled himself into everyone's hearts.
Aqunos is still around somewhere. Back when I was still experimenting with what kinks I was into, I early on decided what Vel would do would stay in-character, so I made Aqunos as a meaner alternative to Vel; he's crass, he's aggressive during sex, he can't reform so if you go into his digesting belly it can only be fatal, and he'll coil the breath out of you until you're on the verge of passing out. Being associated to a lot of stuff I have to be very good friends with to still do, I don't do too much with Quno these days, but I haven't forgotten about him. As for actual design, well, it's really just as simple as I have a thing for snakes and naga and wanted one of my own, his coloration came about as a result of playing around with stuff.
Vitaen was an adopt, so his design was set. But also I adore darker designs, and red-and-black gradients are an extreme aesthetic yes for me. In the weeks leading up to him being adoptable I was actually semi-obsessing with the chance to buy him so I was super hyped when I actually won him. His actual personality and ability design came from the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow version of Dracula, who uses blood magic to emulate Belmont subweapons for player familiarity.
Kun-Fei was like Aqunos as a character I made for kinks Vel only touches for close friends; dubious consent and unwilling vore as prey. Though as I wrote his story I also saw him as more than a fetish character, because a haughty bird being humiliated both by life, story and by all the horny/hungry things he encounters on the road can gradually instill in him the sense of humility and weight of the world outside to eventually turn him into the god he was too arrogant to be when he was actually being worshiped.
Zun was another last-minute adopt, though I got a lot of say in how he was actually being crafted because he wasn't even colored when I went "Y'know what? I'll buy this". For the most part, he's a character that I own for cute/sexy/vorny moments with Vel, while also being a kobold to show and not tell with Vel's benevolence as a master. The idea of him being a bard or a "songbold" as I call him, mostly came from my own ear for music and song, and the thought that Vel would very definitely encourage that kind of artistic creativity, even to a lowly kobold with self-worth issues.
And then Cyphin, like Vitaen, I got because Spireborn were new and the opportunity was there to get one (hell, before anyone else, Patreon privilege and all) but unlike Vitaen Cyphin is a counterpart, as this massive, hulking intimidating looking beast, who couldn't be more passive and gentle in how he actually lives his life. His skillset is literally entirely because Blue Mage is one of my favorite jobs in Final Fantasy, and power stealers in general are a beloved concept, so I wanted to get one of my own.
I'm a big fan of predatory possessiveness, the "want" to make someone you care about experience a closeness to you so deep you completely destroy the line between You and Them by making them a part of you.
Opinions on Hybrid Goias?
How are you doing these days?
I've seen you mainly on Essy's server but, How is the Zorgoia server going? I am not currently in it, Probably wont be. but I'd like to know
and the obvious one
Kiriga: "How soft are you?"
Mostly since I haven't seen anyone ask an in character question here yet!
