Gender Change Journal: Post-Op.

Welp. It happened. I know I didn't update this journal much, but that has to do with second puberty and mood swings. I have been on hormones for about six months, and most of the big changes that happen with the hormone therapy have reached their full effects, though not all of them. I was told that it was a good time to get the surgery done now if I stopped taking them for about a week, and, well, here I am.
Not having a penis anymore is somewhat liberating. Floppy appendages that get in the way as you walk? Goneso. Of course, now with the hormones back on the menu I should expect during the year a couple of other floppy bits on the chest, but that can be handled when it happens. So yeah, while I'm still not quite a female, I am pretty dang close, and it feels amazingly liberating. After all this time.

Congrats hun! Good to hear everything went well! I know a few friends who are struggling with the thought of surgery and stuff themselves, so it’s good to see you had success!

OP
Oh, it's been a horrible thing to go through in general mentally.
