Wondering if anyone knows an artist for a very weird kink

So, I've been into the idea of a fat/bbw character with a large belly piercing someone into their navel, so they're stuck in there, with their head poking out a little. It's a bit odd, but does anyone know any artists who might draw the idea if commissioned?
Note that not ALL are navel vore due to being a combination of both "navel" & "vore"
