I got written up at work

As we all know, I work at burger king. As well as that fact, most people see me as easy going, chill and nice. Apparently, I am not, according to one of my managers.
Earlier this week, there was a schedule change and the manager in charge of that edited select members of the crew, I was one of them mind you. The first day I was scheduled to go in was changed. This is where the write-up comes in.
Right before I left the store I work in, Manager X called me in, showed me the write-up and explained that it will go on my folder. What the write-up said still confuses me and forces me to believe Manager X is bias(however it is spelt). The write-up stated that I did a "No call, no show", which explains itself, an attitude problem towards customers and crew. That "attitude problem also states I "don't do work when asked to and give a mean/rude tone". Aside from the problems it says I have, certain words caught my attention. "Did not bother to, hates, etc" seems a bit odd for my first/last warning. That's right, at BK you get 1 then you are fired if repeated offenses. My monday afternoon is going to be a fun one when I talk to the high-ups.
Mind you, I have been asked to work in customer service numerous times and asked to bring a manager over to thank me for my service. Anyway, now that I have vented, I shall relax... somehow.

That's a real pain. What is with people nowadays? You should go to the higher ups for such bad behavior they've showed you. Stuff like that is just mean and inexcusable. And I doubt should be tolerable. I wish you good luck, buddy. You take some chill time for now. *Gives a nice hug.*

Thanks, I didn't flip out really, kind of makes me laugh. Still pisses me off that manager X stooped to this though.

You're welcome, buddy. Yeah, that does seem very silly that it was taken to that level. Honestly, some people just need to smarten up.

Was manager X short and fugly or bald and neurotic?
