Wat?

Today is Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year (as of last night at sundown).

I brought this up mainly to see if anyone would know what I was talking about.

If this sounds inconsistent because of what I have said about religion, I have two points to make.

1) I do identify as Jewish, but that is out of a sense of family tradition, not out of belief. Unless I am much mistaken you can be Jewish and still hold no belief in God.

2) This is referencing the Jewish calender. This is hardly the most religious aspect of Judaism.

I thought that is what it was about but I wasn't sure.

Like I said, I just wanted to see peoples' reactions, and I wanted to see if anyone would know what I meant.
