Settings in this page should be pretty self explanatory, with a drag and drop for the stickers on the beginning.

I'm guessing it will prove useful to some artists but I dunno where to post it or how to promote it.

Suggestion for this tool, or to create new tools are completely welcome (as long as they're "simple" enough).
