Apparently there is some sort of bot going around that links to another site by commenting on pictures and what not. I learned about it from here:

It's nothing super serious, just don't click on the link if you see it and if you're the one who posted said thing get rid of it sooner rather than later. It's a shame but even during a pandemic, we have to watch out for other kinds of viruses too. Stay safe
