I already knew it and I have surprises, at first I supposed it was totally false, just a Dr Who fan trying to destroy Cars franchise, but the creative Director of Cars said that it was nearly true, AI's learning about previous owners of cars and when they died the IA's taking over the world...

Like the fan theory that posits that the cars were somehow imbued with the souls of their human owners during some unspecified calamity, this one fails to explain the wildlife, much of which is also mechanical. What's inside the automotive livestock or the VW Beetle beetles? It's often said that every PIXAR movie occurs in a shared universe, but I don't think it works for CARS. I think it's best to consider them a parallel universe, or maybe it's a crazy simulation like the Matrix to keep some pickled humans entertained in the Wall-e timeline.
