Commission Form issues

Please read carefully when filling out the form everyone!
I have a few people who put in the wrong details, especially when it comes to the background details. I relabeled one to hopefully help the issue, but please note that two of the background types are specific to only one style. That being the Crayon Chibi background and the Crayon Sketch backgrounds. Unfortunately, when imputing the wrong type it makes it much harder to take the commission. Another reminder to please make sure all reference links work and that you leave the correct ones. I feel bad whenever I'm unable to consider a commission with such a lovely idea and character but the form is filled incorrectly!
