I got suspended

I recently got suspended by FA.
I've been on this site since close to its creation. I've never been suspended the entire time I've been here. The image in question was numbered in the tens of thousands, it was that old. The upload would have been in 2006, but the sate stamp on it was 2003 when I actually made it.
I was given a week-long suspension which has only just been lifted prematurely due to the good standing of my account. I was also given a final warning, a further infringement would result in a permaban. I'm not sure if my final warning status still stands.
I wasn't particularly happy with being given the harsest possible sentence for what was honestly the least important image in my gallery. Literally the first image I uploaded and all the history that contains for my colouring career. The comments, faves and the milestone it represents are all gone.
Asking around, it seems a number of other people were also recently suspended and there was one thing in common with all of us. They were all pictures of Tails. The picture that was removed was literally the only picture of Tails in my entire gallery. This got searched for, this wasn't stumbled upon. I doubt anyone casually bumped into that 17 year old image.
So where does this leave me? The way I see it I have two choices.
1) Take my chances and hope the rest of my gallery is within the rules the next time a witch hunt occurs. But this runs the risk that the next time a sweep happens, I lose access to this site permanently.
2) Purge my entire gallery so I cannot get banned and just use this place as a way of seeing the art of people I like following.
I'm 30% leaning towards 1 and 70% leaning towards 2.
I'm currently moving house and my current plan was to get moved, get sorted out and settled in and then start up colour work again. Now I feel less inclined to do so. Now I don't see the point if the site that had been supporting my art work for 14 years is willing to turn on me this quickly.
TL;DR - The oldest pic in my gallery got me suspended. If you have Tails erotica in your gallery, delete it. Don't chance it. I'm likely done with art now because there's no-where else to go with it.

Another time I replied to someone in a journal and another dogpile ensued. So I just wrote off the whole site. Stopped uploading there, hid all my art...now I've just purged everything, because sod it.
I remember a similar suspension myself long ago with a long forgotten piece that meant nothing at that point...
I already so bumpout what site allow what in individual. :)
FA is the only place I go to for furry art and I have over 500 commissioned works in my gallery.
I would miss you.
Can't get banned when you have an empty gallery.
I want to see your art. I'd like to commission some one day.
But we'll see I guess.
There's someone who keeps posting angry journals about me, and their gallery is full of underage characters undergoing absurd sexual transformations. Nothing is ever getting done about them, and I tried to report the journals as harassment. The journals were removed, the user was gently slapped on the wrist, and then he put the journals back up, censoring my name out, and staff now refuses to do anything about it because it isn't naming me, therefore it isn't harassment. No action on his gallery content.
Meanwhile, I put up a single journal trying to defend myself against the harassment and death threats this user sent me, and was slammed against a wall by staff.
Second if the image is old it goes to say the creator might have forgotten about it, why not hide the image and contact the creator instead of going directly for a suspension?
It was the fact they went from my account being in good standing for 14 years straight to a week long suspension and a final warning without any communication that irked me the most.
With what reason?
Maybe I dont undertand something in west mental and culture, but for me this is just ridiculous. EVEN if this image breaks some new rule, in absolutely most of countries the law has no retroactive force.
If FA is doing a witch hunt for sonic stuff... makes me kinda glad I stopped drawing it a while back.. yikes..
IB is... yeah.. it's not that great... There isn't really anywhere else to go from FA...
Which makes no sense to me.
