Hello! Here is my TOS, if you have any questions about something that is not here then please leave a comment below!~
NOTICE; !IF YOU BUY/GET FREE ART OR ADOPTABLES FROM ME YOU HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH THEM! I will NOT tell you what to do with the art/adopts you received from me because they are no longer mine! Though all I ask is for credit the first time you post said art/adopt!
Rules;
- No downloading or distributing my content unless you have personally bought the rights directly from myself, stolen art will be reported and you will
be added to a public "do not sell to/watch out for" list that I'll be creating over time.
- Be kind and supportive to people on my page (and everywhere else) I'm all about positivity~ Negativity will be hidden and blocked from my page.
Treat others the way you want to be treated. Constructive criticism is a-ok~ (even if you're blunt about it)
- Do not request;
* Stolen art of stolen characters (I will find out, block you, add you to the list and you will not receive any work that I finished or started on.),
* Watersports.
* I will NOT make art for or of anyone under the age of 18, anyone who tries commissioning me for child *** will be reported and blocked. That's disgusting and illegal.
* Art for copyrighted/stolen characters.
* Vore
* Gore
* Art of characters abusing one another
* Inflation
- I have every right to decline to make art of something/someone if I feel uncomfortable with making it or if i don't think I'm capable of
drawing it or if I simply just don't want to draw it. However, if you have something else I can draw in place of the piece rejected and it meets my
standards and rules then I may be willing to do it.
- If you pressure me to make art that I've declined making then you will be blocked.
- If someone has made me create art of your stolen character then please send me a message as soon as you've noticed it, I will never willingly help
anyone steal anyone's oc.
- I am not a professional artist, but I will do my best to meet the requirements. If I feel I can not complete it up to my standards then I will either
cancel or offer you something else.
- I will be posting finished requests/commissions on Deviantart often as well as on FA.
- Crediting me is always necessary and much appreciated.♥
- When I ask you to provide a reference to your character please make sure it has a useable palette (Solid colors). If not then the colors of your OC may
be off.
- By commissioning from me you are saying the Character you want art of belongs to you or you have rights to.
- When you commission artwork from me or claim a freebie slot, please keep in mind I may work slow on it depending on my mental capacity or the
complexity of the piece being requested. I don't do art to make a living, I have a job and a real-life to attend to. While I'm taking my time, I will also
ensure the quality of your art be grand. So please forgive me if I take months and months to complete any artwork
- I may do commissions/requests in order of difficulty so I don't stress myself out too hard. If you feel as though I've forgotten about you please don't
be afraid to throw me a note.
- After purchasing an adopt or YCH I will send you a stash link.
