Ok as some of you have seen in a posting I did a while back I ordered a custom made vinyl stunt airbag. It was shipped from China April 29 and they said it would take 30 days to get it. Well June 2nd it reached Oakland Ca. I thought cool I should get it in the next week or so. Boy was I wrong. The company that shipped the airbag WWEX (World Wide Express) they put the wrong name on the shipping orders. They put down an Allen Wong and not Bryan Smith. They also did not put on the orders that the airbag was to then be shipped to my address in Anchorage AK. June 5th I got a call from WWEX asking for an Allen Wong. I told them that there was nobody by that name so they hung up. Then a few days later I get an email saying that the airbag is with R+L carriers and had a shipping number. So I went to the web site and it said that the airbag was in Oakland Ca. The next morning I called RL carriers and asked about the airbag. They told me that the name on the airbag was Allen Wong and that they could not release the airbag until WWEX contacted them with the name change and the forwarding address. So over the next 2 weeks I had been trying to call WWEX to have them fix this. Now all WWEX had to do was email RL with the correct name and my address. Did they do this right away NOPE. I would call many times and get a recorded message that their voice mail is not yet set up. I would get text messages saying that it was fix when it was not. Also when I did get a hold of WWEX they lady on the phone would hang up on me when I would ask why Allen Wong was put on the shipping order or they would say they would call me later and never hear from them for a few days until I tried to call them again.

After 2 weeks of not getting anywhere with WWEX I started making calls to WWEX main office. They tried to give me the run around saying that the main office could not do anything until the China part of the company fixed it. Also during this time RL carriers was getting upset for they were also getting nowhere with WWEX. So I asked RL carriers if they could send me all the emails to China WWEX. What I got was 14 emails between RL carriers and china WWEX. china WWEX kept saying they had been in contact with me tryin to fix things. Not one of the emails from China had my name or where the airbag was going. I sent the emails to WWEX main office in Texas. I also sent the emails to the company that made the airbag.

The very next day June 23 I got 21 emails from WWEX china and WWEX Texas along with the airbag company. Saying to fix this right now. So the next day I contacted a shipping company that will pick up the airbag from RL carriers and deliver it to my address here in Alaska. They said that I should have the airbag by July 3rd or July 6th.

Oh the company that is going to ship the airbag to my address did not understand when they asked what it was they were shipping. I told them it was a stunt airbag. They first thought it was a car airbag or car shock airbags. I had to email them pics of the airbag rolled up and one of it fully inflated. About 15 min after sending the pics they called getting a little more info about everything and they had a good laugh about seeing what I meant by a stunt airbag.
