Terms Of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
GENERAL
- If you wish to purchase from me you are agreeing to all of the following terms as stated below:
- All commissions are paid and priced in GBP
- All payment will be given upfront
- Refunds can only occur before the sketching phase is finished. Anything refunds after this will be only partial and down to the discretion of the artist.
- Work on your commission will commence once your slot in the queue is reached. Average turnaround is 2-3 Months.
- I will not accept commissions requesting artwork depicting slanderous claims or hateful/violent imagery of another person or group of people.
- As the artist I am not obligated to accept work that I am against just because you are willing to pay me.
- The right to edit, sell or print copies of commissioned artwork is prohibited unless the client (whoever agrees to this TOS) pays a 50% commercial upcharge.
- You do not have the right to claim the artwork as your own.
-All revisions are to be made in the sketching phase, after this you must pay for any change afterwards (50gbp per change). This charge does not apply to mistakes in character design.
CONDITIONS
- I will only take on commissions that have reference images, if you are commissioning me for a reference sheet I will accept the commission as long as pictures are provided as reference, although you will be paying for a character design instead of a reference sheet.
- Any species will be accepted
-Any gender is accepted as long as the character is an adult
I REFUSE THE FOLLOWING
- Cub
- Fetishised gore and extreme vore
- Bodily fluid based fetishes that concerns the digestive and excretory system (Fetishes such as scat, vomit etc.) No this does not include saliva, watersports can be discussed.
- Extreme hyper inflation (To the point where the stomach or body is more akin to a balloon, please ask if your commission breaks this rule.)
Ive drawn a lot of different fetishes and kinks so be open with asking me what I can or cant do well~
