Commission TOS

General stuff:
- My first language is Spanish, so feel free to correct me, and sorry for any mistakes!
- You can reach me via Discord (kttsunne). I'll reply as soon as I can.
- I may update my TOS at any time.
- My TOS is included in my PayPal invoices. By paying, you agree to these terms, so feel free to ask any questions beforehand.
Commissions and YCHs:
- Artwork is for PERSONAL USE only.
- The more references you provide, the better! Please include flat color references (no heavy shading) for better color accuracy.
- I’ll send you WIPs of the sketch, lineart, and final color. Major changes are only allowed during the sketch phase. Once you approve the sketch, I'll assume everything is fine and that you agree with it.
- Commissions may take 1 week to 2 months to complete.
Payment:
- Full prepayment via PayPal is required before I start.
- You’ll have 2 days to pay the invoice, or the commission will be canceled.
- For YCHs, payment confirms your slot.
- No refunds. What I earn goes toward caring for my pets, my meds, and my living expenses. No exceptions.
When your commission its done:
- Do NOT remove my signature.
- You’re welcome to upload your commission wherever you like, as long as you credit me.
- I retain the rights to my artwork and may post it myself unless we agreed otherwise.
- Do NOT sell my art.
