I work at a pharmacy/convenience store and since the start of the pandemic the company has proven again and again that they don't give a fuck about their employees and with Covid-19 cases spiking so hard, seeing so many people come in without masks I've just. Had it. My mental health and my physical health have been on the decline for the past few months because of this job and minimum wage isn't worth risking my health and my loved ones health anymore. I'm going to adjust my commission prices, I'm working on some YCH's and maybe a raffle or something.
