13 years, and update on what's going on
Today marks 13 years since me and
c-prime met. Bit late on posting this due to the time, but things have been a bit... odd lately, and my sleep schedule is a bit weird. Still going good, though that's probably the only thing that's going good this year. Not sure if I should put this in a journal about something happy, but I might not get to this otherwise.
Well, so much for a good 2020.
The whole pandemic hasn't really affected me too much, my days are still the same, though I'm not going out three days a week anymore. My sleep schedule is a bit weird now, as I'm going to bed in the late morning/early afternoon, sleeping all day, and getting up when it's dark. My sister did get tested a while ago when she wasn't feeling well, but it came back negative. If it didn't, her boyfriend and son would of also been tested, and all three of them are at a higher risk. My brother is also at a higher risk, and his job is also high risk, and so are my parents, though theirs is age related. I'm the only one in the family that's not at a higher risk. Also, due to this whole thing going on, there's no Special Olympics this year, so no journal this month about it, and no journals next month about it, and the State Fair and Balloon Fiesta are also cancelled. Don't really go to those anymore, but they're cancelled, the first time they've been cancelled, that I know of. Mass gatherings are banned, and Special Olympics count as one as there are hundreds of people, and about as many athletes, at the meets.
We're also down to just one cat. Lost one around October last year, she wasn't doing well, another in January, he was about 19 and in kidney failure, and one on April first. He had stopped eating, wasn't doing well, and he couldn't even stand when I visited him one last time to say good-bye, before I went to bed. The one we have left is about 18, but she's still doing good. Looks and acts like a younger cat, but she's still old.
I also finally got out of the house two weeks ago, had a dentist appointment, and also last week, for a much needed haircut. Mom made me three masks and I got to try two of them out. She made several of them. Before that, I had not been out of the house for three months, and my hair was bothering me as it was getting in my eyes. Last time I went out was in March, before we had cases here and everything shut down. Shopping is still done weekly, but I'm not going anymore, so it's just my parents doing it.
I'm still doing good through all this, doing video calls twice a week, might go to three times a week, and I have plenty of things to do, so I'm not bored. My days are just... late. Not really that happy about no Special Olympics, as I like doing it, but I'm fine about it. I'll do it next year.

But, enough about that, I think it's time to talk about something a little more pleasant. So, on that note...*embraces you, then touches my nose to yours to nuzzle it softly, then kisses you on the lips* I love you, sweetheart <3
Yeah... good idea. *Purrs and shi giggles as shi embraces him and shi nuzzles his nose back, then shi kisses him back* I love you too, honey. <3
