Information
❥ Payment is through Paypal invoice in USD only.
❥ On commissions, I'll first send you a watermarked sketch, after your confirmation I'll send an invoice, after the payment of the invoice I'll then finish the drawing and send you the file.
❥ I'll only send the drawings files once I've confirmed the payment.
❥ No refunds will be given, unless I'm the one cancelling your comission/adopt/YCH.
❥ I have the right to display the finished art piece (with the watermarks) on my personal websites [FA, DA, Instagram, etc], unless there has been a prior agreement about that.
❥ After paying for the art, you have the right to upload it in any site or place, at any resolution you want BUT YOU NEED TO CREDIT ME FOR THE DESIGN AND/OR ART.
Extra rules for Adopts
❥ After paying for the adopt you can claim this character as yours, change the design, give it name personality, outfits, but you can't claim the design or the artwork to be yours.
❥ After buying the adopt, you may gif it or trade with other people, but after that they're tied to these same rules. If you plan to resell the adopt in the future, don't resell it at a higher price than you bought, unless you have extra art for them. (Also, I would like to know if the adopt has a new owner)
Extra rules for auctions
❥ Don't edit your comment. (your bid will be ignored and you'll be automatically on blacklist)
❥ When the winner is announced, you must pay within 1-2 days.
If you don't respond after 48 hours of winning the auction, I will automatically move to the next highest bidder. So, please check your inbox.
Extra Rules for custom adopts
❥ I'll only start on the adopt after confirming the full payment.
❥ I will send you a stash folder (Deviantart) where I'll upload WIPs of each process, so you can check that for updates.
Any infligiment to the rules on this terms of service will cause your name being added to my blacklist.
