Hello, i am looking for an icon artist who does detailed art.
It would be for a steam avatar.
Steam is specific on what they ask, it as to be made in a file 1024kb or smaller and it should be square, at least 184px x 184px.
If you are open or know an artist who's open for that type of art, please send me a note or comment.
Max price would be around 120$USD.
Even if you are a little bit higher, still comment or send a note.
