I have several favorite fetishes that aren't usually sexual.

Cuteness- the more adorable a character is, the better. big, bright eyes, a playful attitude, a sweet giggling shyness... combine it with hyper, I get excited as fuck.
Naivete- I love it when a character has no clue how sexy they are. they're constantly in wonder of people's reactions to their body, as if they're nothing special.
Comfort and protection- I adore a character whose strength and beauty combines with their warmth and motherly/fatherly instincts, wanting to keep others, especially partners, from hurt or harm.

and if you manage to throw all of those together... you've got gold.
