2. Apply as many tags as possible on your artwork.
3. Advertising, but that's about $25 per month

Just succumb to drawing porn. That's the cheapest and probably the lowest way. Interaction doesn't go a long way, at least not in my case.

Keep that in mind, but there's also bit of creativity. Don't do free requests too much, or the only kind of people who will flock toward you is people with no interest to pay you or to give you any exposure whatsoever. Do personal art, get better at it, and the moment people start liking your style they'll flock to you. The good kind. Popularity doesn't happen overnight, so work on that. Same goes for uploads. While tags might help, keep in mind that most hits you'll get will be from the first few people who see the main FA page and your upload among them.
