So, I delved a bit deeper, and realized a few things. Basically, I think nsfw art would be ok because the specific text refered to not wishing on another's wife or another woman in general that isn't in love with you etc because it may make you act upon your desire. Since art ain't real, I don't think you can commit adultery with a fictional character so it probably doesn't matter. Kind of in the same way that writing a battle scene in a book doesn't make you a murderer. My point in all this? NSFW art is going nowhere.
