Standard Terms of Service
Set Price Adopts
By purchasing you are agreeing that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to them.
I can turn down any request/commission.
I may post/use your commission as I see fit.(advertising or just uploading to other sites)
Payment is only through PayPal via usd.
I will not accept partial payments unless it's agreed upon beforehand.
I send invoices via paypal for all purchases. Though tips are appreciated.
You have 12 hours to note me with your email after winning/purchasing and another 12 to pay the invoice before the adopt goes to the next highest bidder or back up for sale. (If there will be a delay in payment, please message me and let me know. There are times that it may take me sometime to get back in contact with you. So please, don't be rude and be patient.)
I do not accept trades unless stated otherwise.
You MUST be 18+ to get NSFW art!!! (If I chose to do any NSFW)
Must have a reference sheet ready unless you are commissioning a reference sheet.
Make sure you mention everything that is needed when commissioning me.
Give me some time before asking about progress. (There may be other commissions/requests ahead of you. So please be patient.)
I will provide WIPs upon request.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Unless mentioned or discussed and depending on situation.
You may resell the file you purchase but never for more than you bought it for.
You may use the adopt for your own personal use.
You are not allowed to remove my watermark or the watermark from the base creator.
You can upload the adopt anywhere but give me and the base creator credit.
You can make edits to adopts that you purchase from me.
You can edit as much as you like as long as you still give credit to me.
You can upload your commission or adopt anywhere but you must give credit to me.(and the base owner if a base is used)
I will make edits on certain adopts, read the information on that adopt to see if it's offered.
If you did not commission me and do not own any of the characters that are drawn you MAY NOT upload or claim the art or characters.
Auctions
(if I decided to start doing auctions)
By bidding on any of my adopts, you are acknowledging that you read my Terms of Service and agree to them.
Only bid if you can afford the amount you bid for.
Respond to the previous bidder so that they know they have been outbid.
Auctions end 24 hours after the last bid has been made.
Do not hide bids.
If you must hide a bid, please note me first with your reason. Changing your mind is not an acceptable reason.
Hiding or removing bids without a reasonable explanation will result in a ban from future adopts.
You must be 18+ to bid on NSFW adopts.
Commissions
Please give me at least a one week to complete your drawing.
I have jobs and projects beside it, and sometimes I have not time for drawing.
Let me know if you need it done by a special date.
General Information
• If you order a commission, please send a note specifying what type you want, a reference of your character(s), recommendations for mood/atmospheres, and any additional information or preferences that you might have. If you provide me with a text reference, I will not be responsible for any mistakes made on the appearance of the character because of the missing or incorrect information. You can also link me an artwork from my gallery if a specific technique or style fits your taste.
• My watermark must always be visible on all of my drawings.
Image Rights
• You can upload finished picture with small resolution to your personal gallery, if you credit me.
• You cannot use any parts of the picture to commercial purposes, if we haven't discussed about that.
• I can use any part of the commissioned image for advertising myself or use it in my portfolios. I won't sell any parts of it as.
Requesting a Commission
• Must agree to all of the terms written here.
• Send a note titled "Commission" and provide me with a reference sheet and the description of what you'd like to have.
When we have reached an agreement I'll start working on the picture, and can provide updates if requested.
Payments
♥ - I accept payment through PayPal (only cash, no points, sorry!)
♥ - When commissioning, you must provide the email associated with your PayPal so an invoice can be sent.
♥ - If I am past the sketching stage, refunds will not be given, sorry.
