Standard Terms of Service
By purchasing you are agreeing that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to them.
I can turn down any request/commission.
I may post/use your commission as I see fit.(advertising or just uploading to other sites)
Payment is only through PayPal via USD.
I will not accept partial payments unless it's agreed upon beforehand.
I send invoices via PayPal for all purchases.
You have 12 hours to note me with your email after winning/purchasing and another 12 to pay the invoice before the adopt goes to the next highest bidder or back up for sale. (If there will be a delay in payment, please message me and let me know. There are times that it may take me sometime to get back in contact with you. So please, don't be rude and be patient.)
I do not accept trades unless stated otherwise.
You MUST be 18+ to get NSFW art!!! (If I chose to do any NSFW)
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Unless mentioned or discussed and depending on situation.
You may resell the file you purchase but never for more than you bought it for. UNLESS it includes additional art.
You may use the adopt for your own personal use.
You are not allowed to remove my watermark or the watermark from the base creator if using the watermarked file.
You can upload the adopt anywhere but give me and the base creator credit.
You can make edits to adopts that you purchase from me.
You can edit as much as you like as long as you still give credit to me for the original design.
You can upload your commission or adopt anywhere but you must give credit to me.(and the base owner if a base is used)
I will make edits on certain adopts, read the information on that adopt to see if it's offered.
If you did not commission me and do not own any of the characters that are drawn you MAY NOT upload or claim the art or characters.
Auctions:
By bidding on any of my adopts, you are acknowledging that you read my Terms of Service and agree to them.
Only bid if you can afford the amount you bid for.
Respond to the previous bidder so that they know they have been outbid.
Bids in the last 30 minutes will extend the bid end time by 30 min.
Do not hide bids.
If you must hide a bid, please note me first with your reason. Changing your mind is not an acceptable reason.
Hiding or removing bids without a reasonable explanation will result in a ban from future adopts.
You must be 18+ to bid on NSFW adopts.
