Where Here-Kitty--Kitty has been (PLEASE READ!!)

✧･ﾟ·.¸¸.·´´¯*✧･ﾟ* Hello everyone. This is GingerMetuchenPI on Kitty’s account. I know everyone has been wondering where Kitty has been all this time. I just recently got permission from her family to share what has been going on.
Late October of last year (2019) Kitty was in a horrible accident. She was rushed to the hospital and was put into a medically induced coma, which became a real coma after some time. She has since woken up, but still can’t breathe fully by herself, but she is getting there. She also is only capable of small movements at the moment. But she is recovering and that is exciting. We don’t know when she will be able to go home but I’m personally hoping this year. We almost lost her a few times so I’m just so proud of her getting to this point. I am in contact with her mother and I am currently getting updates on her as they happen, so I’ll try to keep people updated with important things if Kitty is okay with it (once she can talk again).
This has been an incredibly hard time for everyone involved and I sincerely apologize for how long it’s taken to get this information out to people. I can try to answer questions to the best of my ability. But again I’m sorry for the long wait for the information. For those waiting on commissions I hope you can be a bit more patient and I can see what will be done about those. Hopefully Kitty will be able to talk soon and we can figure something out.

EDIT: I do get to talk to her briefly on the phone (just me one-sidedly rambling for now) but if anyone has a message they would want me to relay, I can tell her during my little talks. I would be happy to do so! I'm sure she would love to hear from everyone.

That's shocking! I'm glad to hear that she's awake and starting to recover! I hope that she will make a fast and full recovery!
I don't know 100% if this is appropriate for the context and I apologize if it isn't, but I want to put it out there as a bit of appreciation. Kitty's works are some of my favorites, and frankly, I still use a commission from her years ago as my Avi in many online spaces; the one you see now. If you think that'd be a positive thing to share with her during one of those talks, feel free!
If at any point there's a crowdfund for this or anything, do let me know. I don't have a lot, but I'd love to help with what I can, should the opportunity arise. <3
