Fitness. What even is that.
So they say exercise will help with the deeepreeshun so it's back to trying to work out for me.
Yoga is great so far, but Im terrified of spinning. WHAT EVEN IS THAT

If I recall, Spinning is when you do the fast biking on those stationary bikes.

I recommend doing what has worked since the dawn of human fitness training. Train like the ancients did with strongman exercises and Olympic lifting. Various forms of weight lifting are traced as far back as 6000BC and has a long track record of simply working for anyone who is willing to put in the effort.
Since you are probably locked inside, I recommend looking at anything written by Pavel Tsatsouline and doesn't require equipment. Get yourself some good gymnastics rings, I have some from EliteFTS and they are still going strong after close to ten years on my porch (protected from UV).
Learn to move your body before you move the world around you, and don't skimp on recovery or fuel. Good food and at least eight hours of sleep are required.

Get some music that makes you want to dance and just go with it.

But don't let the intensity scare you! It's so so good for you, and if you're worried about it being too much you can always prepare for it in smaller/shorter rounds!
