Woah, hi there! Haven't done one of these in forever. First of all, I hope you are all doing well and keeping safe in these trying times. This year certainly has been rough for many of us. I've been doing alright myself. Just doing the usual art and being lazy!

On to the subject! Yes I'll be getting some eye surgery done tomorrow! I've mentioned this on Twitter, but I can say a whole lot more here.

The surgery is to correct my lazy eye, or crossed eye. I've had this problem for 11 years (right around the time I stated digital art.) I had to deal with double vision for that long. The only way I can focus my eyes together in one, is if something less than a foot away from my face. So this didn't affect my drawing.

There's still no way to fix my poor vision though, but I'm still hoping for something in the future. At least now I'll maybe be able to see a little better with both eyes working together. I'm happy about that.
If you've met me at a con or in person, you might have noticed I don't like making eye contact. That's because I'm pretty insecure about my crossed eye, so I'm kind of just looking away or closing my left eye. Ahah that won't be a problem now though!

Anyway, the surgery is pretty short, so I'll be going home the same day. I'm definitely looking forward to it!
