For a bit of context what likely happened before this simple scenario: Terry doesn't like following anyone's orders, so when Paul told Terry to stay close behind him while they walk through a jungle, he pushed Paul hard enough that he fell beak-first onto the ground. Terry then continues by ripping Paul's clothes off and throwing them away while his member emerges from his slit. Once Terry's member fully emerged from his slit, it didn't take long for him to start thrusting it into Paul's tailhole quite fiercely. Terry wants to show Paul that he's in no position to give him any orders. When Terry realizes that Paul actually enjoys this, he turns Paul around while Terry's member is still inside of him, so that he can jerk off Paul's member with his tongue as he continues his fierce thrusts. If Terry was able to speak english, he would probably say something like: "I didn't think my 'master' would be such a slut for his Pokémon." Alas, Terry is only capable of making Politoed cries. While Paul feels both surprised and embarassed during this, he still enjoys it quite a lot.
Since I don't have a NSFW ref of Terry, he has a slit member like Paul, but it has a more pinkish colour like his tongue and due to the slight size difference between the two, Terry's member is a bit bigger than Paul's.

The pose would be from behind, angled a little lower than him showing his butt as he bends down, showing the kitty rear to the viewer along with his balls (and maybe the barbed member), looking all smug as he looks behind his shoulder~
