The Most Interesting Year Keeps Getting Moreso

In eternity, where there is no time, nothing can grow. Nothing can become. Nothing changes. So death created time to grow the things that it would kill and you are reborn but into the same life that you've always been born into.
No doubt most of you have heard about the massive explosion that occurred in Beirut. This event gets more and more interesting as details surface, as the Lebanese government is saying that the explosion doesn't seem to be an attack, but rather some fireworks were ignited and started a fire that made its way to a storage area where "confiscated high explosives" were being kept. The videos of the blast and shockwave are something to behold. I've never seen anything like it. What's even more interesting is that people are saying the explosion was as powerful as "a small nuclear device". Note: that DOES NOT mean a nuclear bomb went off in Beirut. It means that the energy of the blast made it into the kiloton range.
I think this made be a first. Like I said, I haven't seen anything like this happen before.

Btw this type of explosion has happened before with Pepcon Explosion back in 1988. Also it was ammonium nitrate. About 2700 tons of it that was confiscated 6 years ago and left forgotten in a warehouse.
