I’ve been going through a rough patch lately since I broke things off with a friend. Haven’t paid as much attention to my submissions feed as I should since I’ve been depressed. Only lately I’ve been trying to look through the site for art.

Still I’ll go through your gallery to see everything made.

It's rare from what i've seen for people to comment on art at all half the time. exceptions are usually controversial art or extremely popular artists. Didn't used to be that way.

I had been gone for very long time and I lost my original account because my ex disabled it and then changed the password to lock me out. I had to made another account and it haven't been the same since. It's rare to see people left comments under my submission those days. They seem to rather just fave the submission without comment on it. :(

I know how you feel. I'm not feeling 100% welcome, but I'm still around because I still have few old friends here. Just stay strong and keep drawing what you enjoy drawing.

I am happy your back dear!! And I'm glad to see ur drawings again as well !! So don't let anything get ya down and keep posting art when i stopped arting for a few years I had to climb my way back into others hearts and eyes too so I feel ya on that.

There's two big things

A) Porn gets more attention than SFW stuff unless you craft a very compelling sfw thing

B) Consistency and uploading enough to get attention matters; its like crossing a threshold

The art business is quite harsh unfortunately. People will happily take from you as much as they can - but when they are asked to return (praise or admiration for instance) they might be...dragging their foot.
