Havent posted for a while.
I'm still alive.
Still engaged. But currently going through some tough and emotional times. My fiance has cirrhosis of the liver. Hes been battling this disease since November. I help take care of him. He has lost half is body weight and is very fragile. In and out of the hospital. Fighting hard to get better. We have an appointment next month with Banner in Phx. Hoping and praying they can help him and maybe even a liver transplant. The future is unknown at this point. But what I do know, is that I cherish every moment I have with him. I try my hardest to do the right thing. Help him and make living more comfortable for him. It isnt easy. I get upset at times...but I'm human. I havent showed him my true feelings of being scared and worried. When I'm in his presence I am strong and loving and caring.
Sometimes it's hard. I went to him when I was down and sad and needed comfort. I cant do that now. Not when he is so sick.
If anyone believes in prayer or a higher power.
Please keep him and I in your thoughts.
