I've been a victim of a victim of bullying and harassment my Entire LIFE.
PTSD, depression, anxiety, and social-phobias not to mention a whole host of other problems, like trouble relating to other humans

and my family caused MOST of that, the rest of society the rest...

I believe on your statement, KJbat. Wish someone should have told me that few years ago, and it happen on each jobs to target each victim and try to discriminate the truth. Other people care for other, and not the victim. Which isn't fair for this people to alienate them and treat them something they don't want to become. And try to act like nothing happen, they know in their hearts of what they done is wrong and Karma is going to deal with them along with the people who didn't know something. We need to make sure each and new generation and old generation to put an end of the toxic discrimination toward other people of what they been through in hard time.

I’m surprised you don’t have workplace practices against bullying in the workplace in the US; we have them here in Australia because, again, bullying or harassment in the workplace is an serious problem.

I think we do but the problem is they don't want to enforce it and they don't care.

If I didn’t already hope for a big change in businesses like these to the benefit of the employees, I sure as hell do now. This petition has got to get enough signatures to demand that change!

We have laws and practices against it, but sadly each company is different on whether they take it serious or not. Fortunately, my previous job was with a company that didn't tolerate any form of harrassment, bullying, bigotry, etc. They would investigate and fire anyone found guilty of it. The US military also has a zero tolerance too.
If only all workplaces took it as serious :/

belive me, no matter the difference, everybody are different, what did i learn about that? peaple dont discriminate you for being different, thats a liar, is becouse they consider you weak.
