Hello to all readers; I am looking to start taking music composition commissions if I can, though I am unsure of the best way to go about doing this. Specifically, what sites to use for payment, how to set up links from my current bank account to that site, keeping track of payments so they could be counted and taxed properly if it gets to that point since I haven't had my own steady source of income before (which is a bit embarrassing at 23 but I've been focusing entirely on university so far), what composition software I should use if not MuseScore and Audacity like I've been using, what kinds of samples I should upload here to make sure people know they'd enjoy what I compose. If anyone has any advice to give about any of these topics, feel free to send a note or comment or whatever to help me out; I'd be very grateful for it!
