Terms of Using My Bases
Bases CAN be used to make and sell adoptables and create character references, and other, general personal use such as for the creation of icons. If you post these images online, please include a link to https://www.furaffinity.net/user/kangabanga/ or to the original base pack on my profile. If you are posting to twitter, please tag me kangabanga1!
You CAN NOT redistribute any of the files in the ZIP that you purchased, nor can you resell this base once you have purchased it. Only the purchaser may use this file.
My bades CAN be used as a basis to make an add-on pack (free or P2U). You may NOT, however, include any of my original files. If you do create an add-on pack, please include a link to https://www.furaffinity.net/user/kangabanga/ or to the original base pack. If you post to twitter, please tag me kangabanga1! Please refrain from making explicitly offensive add-ons to my base packs (racist, homophobic, xenophobic, etc).
You CAN alter or create new parts of my base for personal use or for the creation of adoptables, including altering the shading, lineart, and base shapes.
My bases CAN NOT be used for commissions or commercial applications outside of Adoptables or personal use.
While you do have the ability to use this base upon purchase, you do not own the base as a whole nor do you own the copyright or intellectual property. All rights are still retained by the creator, Kangabanga. This means that I own the imagery in MY BASE PACKS from a legal standpoint, though so long as you don't redistribute the files themselves all characters that you create using my bases are yours/the property of the people who paid for them.
If you would like to share your work with my bases with me, please feel free to leave me a comment to let me know on the base page! I'd love to see what you've created!
