Looking for Help Reuniting a Dog

So I am currently fostering a dog at my apartment and she is having issues being away from her mom but I need help her mom can not afford to pay the pet deposit and I am not able to keep her here as she will not eat because of separation anxiety. She needs 300$ for the deposit and I am not able to afford this if anyone is willing to help please PM me as I feel really bad for this dog.
