For sketches, my feeling is anywhere from 5-10$.

For painted sketch, maybe 15-25/30$.

For full painted NB(?), 35-50$.

For full painted w/ background, 60-80$.

For art strip per part, I would say around the minimum for the level of drawing times number of parts. Ex. the art strip given, I would say looks like full painted NB, so 35$ times 3 for the number of parts.

For payment delivery, perhaps PayPal.
For image delivery, discord if they have it, dropbox, or email (used for commissions or furry stuff).

most commonly used payment platform is paypal, and depending on where you live you might have more options, if you don't like using paypal.
you can definitely use dropbox, maybe even google drive to transfer images. telegram and discord may also be options, and on top of that you can always fall back to emails.

Would you ever think of trying out story comms ever you have some wonderful stories.

I would have to say no at this point, my writing abilities are far less consistent then my drawings, so I couldn't, at this point, offer writing comms ^-^

For delivering - telegram, mail, dropbox (what you signed for with client)
For prices - it really depends on how much work you put there, details and so on - and how do you feel about given prices
For payments: paypal is the most common used one, but thre are some other platforms several ppl used as paypal is not working for them (not available or very problematic) - this depends on country to you need to make small research in yours
