I've joined an indie game dev team as a musician! This time I've promised myself I won't contribute to code/mechanics, besides adding audio files to the game. (Game dev drives me crazy on a whole other level from normal coding...) We may be using Rust though, so I will take a peek at what it's like to develop a game without a graphical editor like Unity.
I think most of us are here to tell a story we believe in. We've self-organized into teams for narrative, code, art, and music. Organization within the music team has been off to a slow start. However, I have faith that once we figure out our communication styles and collaborative roles, we'll work together just fine. Isn't that how most projects are? ^~^'
