Commission waiting list, and what should I use?

Due to some unforseen circumstances I've lost the precise tracking of my current waiting line.
Also, it's got quite large for me to track via notes, and that's why I need a place to keep it organized (see "the second" below).
So, if you're waiting for a commission from me - please, post an a comment here, so I could recreate the naughty list, hehe.
- And the second:
It seems - the time has come.
I need a place to keep track of my commission queue and show it to you, my dear kinksters.
I've seen trello and just a google docs files as viable options.
But, maybe you could recommend other, better variants?
A lot of people seem to use Trello, I'm not sure how easy it is to use, but it's well organised. Also on another note, if you're going to allow new peeps on the waiting list soon, I very much would like a spot. :3

I’m very fond of Trello, myself. It’s nice to be able to do something like move a single card for a particular commission between lists from waiting to in progress to complete or however you want to divide it up.

I've seen lots of artists use Trello, and I use it myself as well because it's really easy to organize stuff and reasonably flexible.
