I don't know much about data recovery in specific, but I do know that if you deleted stuff off the drive, to not do anything further with that drive until you can get some data recovery software to look into it.
usually, data is just tagged as deleted, but it's still technically on the disk, just ready to be overwritten if needed to. I'm not sure if that still applies to flash drives.

Check your recycle bin, stuff I delete from my USB drive ends up there. Other than that, take the advice of the above comment, I guess. ;w;/
