Ok, wow, I don't geek out about to much, but I just finished this, I have to say DBS was amazing, and the ending, whew, beautiful.
Silly, corny, even stupid at times, if you watch it without taking anything seriously its such a delightful experience all in all. I even found some of the best moments to happen in the 'filler' episodes, those often carrying the charm and personality of the show.
Don't get my wrong, there are flaws, the animation at times is lacking, but then again I know how much work has to go into all of that and even though you can see reused frames often, reused animations etc, they always try to go just a little extra to keep things interesting.
Watch it like its a sitcom were they punch each other from time to time.
Just saying I thoroughly enjoyed it, and that end battle, just gorgeous.

Universe 6 is my favorite, Caulifla & Kale
They not only had to go back like THREE SEPERATE TIMES, Goku being forgetful (guh huh I forgot the talisman on the thingy), and that ENDING LIKE WTF...
This person shares of a lot of my gripes. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLkorGkuDQM
Dragon Ball Super is very much a gift to fans of all ages, really brings back the hype I had for the series in my teens.
e.g. I've never seen Avengers end game and avengers infinity war but I already know half of both movies
But I don't sweat it too much, especially with Dragonball related content, I just enjoy the ride! ^^
Feel free to hit me up for any DB related talks really. (:
IIRC, the studio held back on animation time on the filler arcs and put a lot more time into the main battles between major foes so they looked far more stunning to watch, it did result it reused shots, but the battles were still amazing to see. I think thats why the quality fluctuates throughout the entire series. I wish that they added some more time to Jirens personal backstory and why he was there and what he wanted. But thats just me.
and hey! I liked the furry universe, it was a shame they were eliminated so soon in the multiverse turnament
I also love cranky Beerus the Destroyer.
Honestly, I still recommend it. Its both enjoyable and cringe but I think it has all the mixes one could ask for in a series. Frankly, I'm impressed, I dropped in the middle of ToP Arc and I've heard nothing but good praise. Given how much I was enjoying the story, I'm quite certain when I remember to go back and finish, I'll relish it like others.
Think the most derpiest of moments was Goku meeting Xeno. Or the damn Black Arc. XD
