Update on Classes & More

I realize I forgot to post the 1st update to the classes here from July 13. You can read that here.
Class
Got an update from my school yesterday.
The latest news is that they are likely not going to allow me to continue immediately (this month). They want to try to help eliminate anything that will interfere with my academic success. Right now I need a new office chair that can properly support my back otherwise I'll be in too much pain after 4-6 hours to focus on school work/class. Remember the next phase is supposed to be 12 hour classes, so if I can't make it to 5/6 hours I probably won't be able to make it the full 10-12 hours.
So they are talking about buying me a new, proper ergonomic chair, an electric desk that can change height so I can take breaks to sit/stand as needed, and a special mat that won't be so hard on my back while standing.
They also want me to seek pain management and maybe even physical therapy, which they will help pay for.
So I'm probably not expecting to start class again till after the holidays in mid/late January.
Content Updates
This is kind of annoying to me because part of the reason I've been procrastinating on starting any Hypnosis scripts other than the obvious lack of silence in my house to record, was because I didn't want to have scripts waiting in limbo while I'm in class or have unfinished ones while I'm in class.
Needless to say this time I do plan to work on stuff during this further extended break. I might even try to start up that new story while I'm at it too.
I have been streaming irregularly and plan to keep doing that for the time being. Idk if I'll make a new schedule, go back to the old one, or continue streaming this way, but I will give any updates if I decide to make a new streaming schedule.
I've decided to try not having more than 2 or 3 scripts waiting to be recorded so that I don't get backed up. If that recording queue is full I'll work on streaming or some stories. Hopefully that will relieve some anxiety I have about unfinished projects during class.
Commissions during this break
I still don't think it's a good time to take any commissions other than personal hypnosis sessions.
While I'm talking about commissions I should talk about what was my main source of income up until now.
As of right now, this week is the last week I will be getting an unemployment check. I was supposed to go to their office to see about getting another extension or trying to reapply early (I'm not due to reapply until December), but some stuff happened and I didn't get around to it. I'll be making an update about that when I have time to go in next week.
Despite the fact I could use the money from story and hypnosis file commissions, I feel I need to built up my personal portfolio more and give to the community more. I've been promising more stories and more hypno files and I haven't been delivering, partially because of school this year. I feel that focusing more on personal projects and getting more content on the shop is what Lucid Creations needs to build up and grow as a brand and community.
