Flash files?

So I'm attempting to delve into flash animation, but something seems to wrong when trying to upload files to FA. I've double-checked everything to make sure the file isn't too big, is the right type of file, and I have a thumbnail for it, but it still doesn't want to cooperate (see latest upload). I'm starting to feel like an old man trying to figure this out, lmao.
FA's forums are apparently down so I can't ask there and the help section on the main site has no relevant info.
Is there a trick to this? Am I missing something obvious? Any ideas are appreciated!

Tbh flash is gonna be discontinued from December this year so all animations will non longer be viewable, so I don’t think it’d be worth using flash. On the other hand, if you do still wanna use it, I’m sure if you ask the FA page on Twitter they’d be able to assist

If it's just a non interactive animation you may be able to export as something like an MP4. Avoid GIFs if possible because of their quality limitations.
