I got screwed by a lender yanking my chain and telling me to do something and then telling me he couldn't advise me (after telling me to specifically do this thing.) I am mad. I am sad. I hate to be a bother to ask, but would you ever consider selling Fayette? I think they're just lovely, but I know they're not in the dropbox so I completely understand if you dont want to let them go! I was also curious what range $ you were thinking for them, just out of curiosity!
Not a bother to ask. :) I am very attached to Fayette but if I had to set a "convince me" buyout, it would probably be 600usd.
