Adopts Terms and Agreements

These are my new Terms and Agreements for Adoptables, Custom Adopts, and Your Character Here purchases, beginning September 2020. These Terms are subject to updates as needed.
- You may tweak and customize their design as you want.
- You must give me credit for the design, AT LEAST on their Reference sheet.
- You are free to use their adoption sheet/image as a reference image, AS LONG AS CREDIT IS GIVEN.
- Patreons will get early access, and a discount, on all Adopts, Customs and YCH.
- You may purchase any custom, adopt or YCH as a gift for someone else.
- You may use all adopts however you want, fursonas/Stories/BBEG/I don't care as long as credit is given.
- If adopts are of a closed or custom species, you MUST keep their species and species information the same that is provided.
- All sales are FINAL. I will not give a refund for any adopts, YCHs or Customs.
- You can credit me as MatsiOfErebor on DeviantArt and FurAffinity, OR,
MysticGreyhound on Instagram, OR,
Mystic Greyhound Artwork on Facebook and Patreon, OR,
Rebekah Niland on any platform. Any of these will work for credit.
- You are free to re-home or sell any adopts you purchase from me. BUT YOU MAY NOT...
- Sell for more than you purchased for, unless you have additional artwork done.
- Claim them as your own. Even if you tweak their design, I STILL REQUIRE CREDIT.
