Feedback please! (about adopts and F2U bases)

Not all who wander are lost.~JRRTolkien OKAY I wanted to ask several things:1. I have been playing with an idea of doing a Halloween event since I won't be able to do the usual Trunk-or-Treat. Maybe something to do with adoptables?
☆ First idea is trading adopts around, where one person says "Trick or Treat" with a link to an adopt they are giving away and the other person gives them back a different adopt. Maybe have it on a journal so that there's the ability to track where adopts go where? And have it so if you don't like the adopt you got you can put it back in the pool?
★ Another idea is a scavenger hunt through my-and any one else who wants to participate-submissions to find something and if you find it you say "Trick or Treat!" and get a free adopt.
☆ I'm also open to other suggestions or invites to collab with a different Halloween project.
2. I posted the F2U frame resource and got me thinking: does anyone want bases/resources from me? And if you do, what would you like to see from me? (i.e. what species or how extensive of base or what resources would be useful)
3. I am not open for commissions currently, but how morally okay is it to do some art in exchange for P2U bases? Like I want this base (amongst others) and if someone uses their paypal and buys it for me, and then I reciprocate with art, is that okay? I have pretty much taken down my paypal and don't really want to revive it just for a couple of small purchases. I'd really appreciate the feedback on if it's slime-y or fine.

Also I think maybe some chibi dinos would make some neat bases/adopts!
2. F2Us are always great, I personally like pose bases so I can modify them for my own characters, but I'm also not the kind to look a gift horse in the mouth! Any F2U content is appreciated :)
3. I don't find it scummy to ask for a good or service for art, personally. You may want to give the base artist a heads up though, and ask if that is ok first! As long as one person buys the base and only one person is using it, I would think most people wouldn't have an issue with it but I'm also new to the furry art community so take my thoughts with a grain of salt, lol
Ps - I would imagine using the free to use bases are okay for anyone, and pay to use bases are okay when you make them yourself and gift the character with credit for both images, but others couldn’t sell it, and the images should be posted with base credit -
