RIGHTS
･ I retain rights to my work. You agree I can sell files/sketches as Patreon/Boosty rewards.
･ Public art version: .jpg, 1k px. Private: .png, 4k px. When posting, I include character name, client nickname, and copyright. You can request anonymity, and I won’t mention you.
･ Privacy (no publishing): +50% to cost. Copyright buyout: +90%.
PAYMENT
･ 100% prepayment for orders under $300.
･ Payment plan for orders over $300: weekly payments of your chosen amount over 1–1.5 months.
･ I accept payment via PayPal (intermediary Serhii Sylenko, Friends & Family option) or Boosty. If someone requests payment via other methods or other recipient name, it’s a SCAMMER.
REFUNDS
･ I can refund if: I cancel the commission; you cancel before I start.
･ No refund if you cancel after I begin.
･ If I sketch before payment and you stop responding, I can sell it as YCH.
PROCESS
･ After payment, I send a Trello card link.
･ Within a week of payment, I send a WIP for approval. Changes allowed.
･ After sketch approval, I fix only my mistakes.
･ Work: 1 week–1 month, based on queue (see Trello) and complexity.
･ For frequent WIPs, message Telegram (LazyOllie) / Discord (lazyollie).
･ Final: link with high-quality files + web version.
