But I have for the (I beleive) second time, had to put a refund request to paypal, due to an artist who is refusing to communicate with me and only for a simple update is all I am asking them about!

After I think well over...50 commissions this is the second time I have had to do this, and whats worse is this is an artist I have commissioned multiple times (two other times to my recollection).

I will of course give them time to reply to the request, but come mid November if I don't hear anything I am pushing it through to paypal claims directly.
