Alright I might lose some followers over this but I think at this point things need to be said. If I don't use the tiny bit of influence that I have gained through all my hard work, to support a cause that I believe in, then I would never forgive myself.

I am so sad to see what has happened to the US and the people within it over the course of this presidency.

The lack of morality, the lack of empathy, the utter contempt for any kind of truth when it comes to dealing with the residents of this country has gone so far overboard that everyday is a new shock, a new tragedy. The fact that it is so often and so relentless that many have become numb to the facts and cannot see the problems that are being caused is in its very self a terrible tragedy. Who can see the light when everything is just a storm?

I believe wholeheartedly in equality, in freedom to do what you want to do especially with your own body, to not be judged by the color of your skin or where you came from, all this as long as you are not causing damage to those around you, and that is very hard to do when all you want is to be happy with yourself.

I have never seen the anything like this in my lifetime. Of course, there has been corruption, scandal, political advantages, but nothing that has thrown the question of what should be right and wrong so far afield.

I know that if you still support the president at this point there is nothing that anyone in the world could say to you to change your mind, so this journal is not for you. It is for me to throw my lot in unflinchingly to the side that I feel would be the best for this country and the world at large.

The democratic candidate is not a great selection either. He has his problems, his crimes, and his moral gaps, but he is not the evil that is sitting in the presidency now. He is not the cancer and corruption that this monster who 'leads' this country now is.

To make any progress forward we need to choose the lesser of the evils, to defend not only ourselves and our minds, but those of us that have been so crushed down and hurt by the policies and actions of the sitting president, who even now, as one of newest offenses, is moving to replace a legend of the Supreme Court, whose dying wish was to not be replaced until after the next election, only 6 weeks away. There is nothing that would need this kind of rush except for the current president to further consolidate his power.

This country is about, or should be about freedom and caring, supporting each other, not tearing us apart, setting each other at our throats and supporting only the worst of us.

Please go out and vote, and please vote this abhorrent monster out of the White House, we NEED to move forward, to undo the damage that has been caused, for the health of this country, and the health of everyone in it.

I am marking this as no comment, not because I don't care about what you have to say, but I am very familiar with the vitriol that political messages can cause and I really want no part of it, this journal was just to say my piece and get it out there. If you disagree, you certainly have the freedom to do so, and in that you may be supporting me all the same, because in a fascist state, which this country is quickly falling to, you would not have that same freedom.
