Hello everyone!
Today's topic: Relaxing music.
What is your go-to kind of music for relaxing?
Is it simply your favorite artist and the music that you like best, or do you need different music for that?
I sometimes find it difficult to relax to my favorites, because I tend to focus too much on the music.
It usually draws my attention and has pretty much the exact opposite effect.
So whenever I'm stressed out and need to gather my thoughts, I usually prefer silence.
However, the past few weeks have been a little more busy and stressful for me than usual and I still often keep the music running even at night.
I find music that is a little bit more pop-ish and radio-friendly a lot easier to fall asleep to then music where there's a lot going on.
I also have friends who like some good wild death-metal, though.
How is it for you? What's your lullaby of choice?
Before you go to sleep, though: Let's check out some new releases, shall we?
'Tis time once again for...
