A practice that I've always followed is writing the payment note something like "Payment for <'YCH' or 'commission'> for Tygre13(FA)". It helps keep things nice and organized for keeping records while not really saying "exactly" what I'm paying for so PayPal doesn't pick up on anything in case they look at payment notes or anything. It's not paranoia, it's being prepared, lol.

But the fickle trustworthiness of FA's note system is the general reason a lot of the artists that I've worked with prefer to correspond with email. Some of them will use FA's notes for people to ask them about taking a commission and then continue correspondence via email, but a lot of others use Google Docs for people to submit a commission request. And then there's also using Discord as a means for correspondence.

My issue with notes is that you can't display images directly, and you have to use either Discord or Imgur to actually show someone the art you're doing for them.

i use for it stash from Deviant art so i dont have problem with that

Maybe it's just a me thing.

i send links that why it not show picture directly but person can open link
